Most of our services are intangible, therefore a No Refund Policy applies in most cases.
We are a service business and do not deliver tangible items. Our deliverables are in the form of Design Files, Software Code, and Compiled Applications — delivered electronically via our collaboration tools or email.
After delivery, you are responsible for saving a copy of the delivered electronic files on your server or any storage media.
